Donna DiMaggio is an experienced commercial litigator with a practice concentrating on construction-related matters for over twenty years. Known for her candid and pragmatic approach, she empowers clients to make informed business decisions whether her representation is negotiating a multi-million-dollar contract or navigating high-stake litigation. Donna is direct and uncompromising with her opposition, always advocating for her clients.
Donna represents general contractors and subcontractors as well as owners, developers and design professionals. Her clients include local, national, and international companies, both private and public. Her practice encompasses all aspects of construction, including licensing, bidding, contract negotiation, claim preparation, liens, mediation, arbitration and litigation. Donna appears before administrative agencies and state and federal courts.
Donna’s practice also extends to general commercial litigation, handling partnership disputes, contract issues, and other business conflicts. She also advises on transactional matters, including contract review, asset purchases and sales, and other key business decisions. She also represents property owners in a variety of real estate matters, including drafting commercial leases and evictions.
Beyond her litigation practice, Donna held leadership roles, serving as the Chief Compliance Officer for the largest HVAC and plumbing company in the Southwest and the Director of Legal Operations for a tech-driven property management start-up.
