Andrea (“Andi”) Champion is an aggressive advocate for her clients. She is a commercial litigator who represents clients in a variety of civil disputes, including partnership disputes, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty claims, appellate, employment, and ethics issues. Representative Matters
- In a breach of contract case, Andi obtained case-ending sanctions against the other side after their multiple discovery violations and after Andi defended her client from a similar motion months earlier.
- In a partnership dispute case, Andi obtained summary judgment in her client’s favor.
- In a contract dispute with counterclaims lodged against her attorney client, Andi defended against a motion for reconsideration that would have substantially expanded Nevada counsel’s ethical obligations and lead to the dismissal of the counterclaimants’ claims with prejudice.
- In a hostile work environment and alleged sexual assault case, Andi obtained partial dismissal of Plaintiff’s claims against her client and then negotiated a settlement whereby her client paid nothing to resolve the case.
