In addition to her litigation background, Tracy has significant experience in transactional work, with a focus on facilitating complex business deals and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. She has worked on all sides of deals—on behalf of the lenders, the borrowers, the sellers, and the buyers. Her transactional background includes drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide range of contracts, including asset purchase agreements, licensing arrangements, and financing instruments.
